In March 2005, ROSE partners from Turkey, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Ghana visited Oslo.
The three partners from Africa are students in the GRASSMATE project. GRASSMATE, Graduate Studies in Science, Mathematics and Technology Education, aims to create a network of centres of excellence for research and development in diverse areas of science, mathematics and technology education in the Sub-Saharan countries. (Read more about GRASSMATE here.) Several GRASSMATE students do their doctoral work in the ROSE project.
